When initially picking this book up I didn't really know what to expect. The blurb was fairly vague and didn't give much away, nor did the cover either. However, once I started reading I was hooked pretty much straight away. It's completely different to anything I've ever read before but so interesting. It's such a good read and very pacy with multiple twists here and there that you really have to concentrate to ensure you don't miss and you fully take them all in.
It's got a good background in lots of different places as well, initially starting in London and then moving onto Paris and other areas in Europe. I'm really looking forward to reading the next book in the series - Domina.
