I love Lionel Shriner and her character development. We can feel the tension in the car as mum and Darwin drive home after their school telling off. Darwin is frustrated and confused about what he can and can’t say, his mum is exasperated by the teacher and charmed by her son. This sounds like an excellent tale and I look forward to reading more
