The idea that intelligence is a basis for discrimination makes an interesting premise for this novel. Intelligence is something that society has put pride on since the dawn of time. Indeed without it where would be in terms of scientific and technological innovations? Without the cognitive leap of early man to harness the power of intelligence would the human race have survived? And what happens when we stop looking at intelligence as a means to get by? When people are unafraid to partake in healthy competition and innovation? I’m intrigued to see how these questions play out in this book.
