I am so sorry to say this but I hated this book, I thought it was awful. Sorry to be so harsh but it made me so confused.
I think that the writing was so dry and long and boring, it made me more confused. I feel like for dystopian novels the writing style has to be different to match the tone of the book.
The plot... Idek what the plot was meant to be. It sounds so promising but the execution was really not great unfortunately. I found myself getting more and more confused as the book went on - it was like I was not even reading if that makes sense.
The characters had no depth so they all blurred together. I couldn't give you a single character description, which is a shame because characters are my fav part of a book.
Maybe, ironically, I am too stupid for this book because I just did not get it. I was so confused the whole way through so maybe I am just too dumb to get it lol.
