I have read previous books by this author Lionel Shriver and enjoyed them. I loved the cover of this book, it’s clever and really draws the eye! My family stoppped and said what’s that about! . I have to admit I wasn’t keen on the actual content of the book, I think the concept is clever but not for me.
The writing is thought provoking and challenging at times, Lionel is a good writer but I would not say I was the target audience!! Living by these alternative rules and everyone being the same as the story goes. Having children taken .
