This isn't the type of book I would ever pick up for myself or anyone. It just isn't relatable in any way, we've just been in a lockdown and especially in the UK (or at least where I'm from) people just did their own thing, there was no magical kid that brought everyone together. Since this is a real life thing that has happened to us this just seems like a a far cry from reality.
Furthermore, the cover just seems like a kids book but it doesn't feel like it should be aimed at them because it sounds boring and not interesting in the least.
