I have not actually read this yet, because it is a children's book. However, soon I am going to visit my niece and nephew and I will bring the book with me to gift it to them. It will be nice to enjoy reading it together before they go to sleep.
'Max Counts to A Million' seems to be an incredibly heart-felt book, that truly narrates what it was like for children and adults alike to live through a global pandemic: living in lockdown was definitely not easy for anyone! I cannot image how much children missed playing with their friends in school, in the park or be able to just leave the house every day as normal. Well, the character in the book - Max- I am sure will tell his experience of lockdown with the emotions and feelings only children usually express so freely.
The cover looks very nice, it is very bright and eye-catching and perfect for children!
