This was such an enjoyable story that I read along with my son and I must say It was a very thought provoking story to read with a child. On one hand you realise how surreal the last few years have been and on the other hand you realise we were all in the same boat. There wasn't one person unaffected by any of it not even our children. This book really explained everything that was going on in a way that didn't overwhelm my son and actually helped him to understand it all a whole lot better
Now onto the book this is the story of Max who decides that he wants to count to one million and with a lot of support from family and friends he sets out to do just that and to raise some money for charity as well. He also ends up aiming towards a Guinness world record for his efforts.
It ends up becoming a big team effort and a project that is keeping people occupied just when it was needed.
A highly entertaining story and a fun read for kids!
