I love reading middle-grade books, and when I saw this I was instantly intrigued. The cover reminded me so much of David Baddiel's books that I had to check out the blurb. Lo and behold, the synopsis also gave me the same vibes, and the fact that the author is also a TV personality just like David Baddiel, was the cherry on top! It also reminded me of Magic Misfits by Neil Patrick Harris, who - you guessed it - is also a comedian and magician. Now I absolutely cannot wait to read this!!
