At first glance, I thought this wouldn’t be my type. I haven’t always thought fantasy is my kind of book. But lately I’ve been proving myself wrong. I loved Harry Potter for example.
I found the beginning slightly confusing but I’m guessing all the names from this underworld will be explained in due course. Fern’s mother was killed in the underworld and in real time appears to die in her sleep. Will Fern be able to enter the underworld? Will she find out what happened? Really intrigued!
Not biggest fan of the cover. Seems a bit childish and old school and probably wouldn’t attract me to buy it from first glance.
