Fantastic! I really enjoyed this. I love anything that combines Fantasy and Magic, so this was right up my street. I mainly read YA, so this is my kind of book. I’d never read anything by Holly Race before, so it was exciting to discover a new author (new to me)
A great story, well told, well written. Very gripping. Just generally a great read. A truly magical book.
Also, I’ve got to mention the stunning book cover... what an amazingly beautiful illustration! I know people always say ‘don’t judge a book by it’s cover’ but this has to be one of the nicest book covers I’ve seen this year on a YA book.
Can’t wait to read the next book! I’m thrilled to read online that there are more books to come.
