As someone whos visited Auschwitz last month, I must admit that the blurb is harrowing and haunting. The front cover is heartbreaking as you can see how desperately the girls want to break free. The most inspiring part of the book is that Stasha never gives up hope. The book would be a great addition to school libraries and history classes. Lastly, the plot sounds really unique and original, seems like a great book.
