this reminds me of One by Sarah Crossan which details one girls point of view of life with her conjoined twin. i am currently reading and loving the red ribbon and would really like to continue with the war storylines with this book. mengele is someone i researched in school and i like the idea of writing a story about people he used in his experiments. stories like this are an excellent way in getting young people interested in the horrendous history. anne frank was the book that started my passion for learning about the war and i have read several fiction stories based on the wars since.
