This has me really interested!! As a bookseller I'm a sucker for any novel set in or around a bookshop but this me a little more fascinated than usual. Already the characters feel very real which I think is down to how descriptive they are written... Grace feels like such a little character already.
I especially like that there is already a strong mother daughter relationship being created with completely different traditions/heritage being hinted at to what I am personally used to. I found myself urging mamma (and howe refreshing to hear a different term of endearment being used by an adult character) to get on a plane to visit Ella as something is obviously stirring.
The mysterious customer has me intrigued too so all in all I would say I'm pretty desperate to continue with this book and see where it goes!
