I liked the look of this book cover. It has a dreamy, romantic quality to it with the sweeping staircase, the frothy clouds and the dancing couple in the moonlight. Coupled with the fact that it's written by Mr Ballroom, Anton Du Beke, himself, I'm intrigued to discover whether his writing style is the same as is TV persona. That's to say witty, romantic and a little bit of old time glamour about it.
I like the era that its set in, it's seems rare to get books set in the 30s. There are ones set during war time, the 1920s, Victorian times etc but not as many set in the 30s so that also appeals.
All in all, it looks like my kind of read and I'd love to see if it lives up to my expectations!
