I wasn’t sure I was going to like this but actually I was pleasantly surprised :) I really got into the different characters and especially liked the main ballroom character even though I didn’t think I would. I’ve never read a book about ballroom before either and I really enjoyed it, especially with the historical context running through it and I will definitely be interested some more of Anton’s books. It didn’t take me very long to read this one and that is a sign of a good book for me! The only downside I can think of is that in the beginning of the book, I found it really confusing to work out which character was which and it took me a while to navigate who is who but once I got the hang of it then it wasn’t too bad! All in all therefore I would give this four stars and I look forward to reading some more of the Anton DU Beke dancing series! ........
