Such a lovely read perfect for downton abbey fans

Such a beautiful and perfect read and brilliant for fans of downton abbey like me as mixes all the elements of downton with a bit of glitz and glamour in the form of dance thrown in. I hadn’t read the first book that goes before this one Entitled one enchanted evening but that didn’t stop or detract me from enjoying this book or spoil the story for me and is easy to get up to speed with the characters as they are described at the beginning of this book. This book is a mix of historical fiction and romance and family drama all rolled into one and has been extensively researched and very well written in order to give the reader a very accurate portrayal of life in the 1930s particularly life at the Buckingham hotel in 1937 which is the venue for where the book is set and where the main character Nancy spends her time working as a chambermaid.
