Family drama that is set in a picturesque place, for me the snippet we had to read didn’t grab me at all. I very rarely read contemporary books and for me the Covid references is just soon soon we are still living it so I want to escape when reading. The book is well written and if you like this type of book then I’m sure you will enjoy it ; if you go for books with these types of covers very stereotypical for this genre.
