I love the short chapters, there's nothing worse than a book that drags on. I like how the three stories intertwine. You have the mother who is experiencing the loss of her husband as well as the blossoming of her new relationship. The inability of the oldest daughter to have a child. And the youngest daughter's apprehension to fully let in her boyfriend. I also am interested in the mystery element of what the mother has kept hidden about her deceased husband.
