I love a family drama where stories of mother and daughters and family members twist and untwist as the plot unravels. I also love a coastal setting so this sounds perfect. I've never read any Erica James but this book seems like a good place to start. The three women sound intriguing and each one of them clearly has a story to tell and I would enjoy finding out more as the story unfolds. I imagine this would be a lovely holiday read although with winter coming up it might be good for an christmas holiday read so I can dream of coastal locations. I love the caption sayings this is a sweeping family drama of old secrets and new beginnings. It sounds perfect. I would love to read this book and start my adventures in to Erica James. I loved the opening with Martha and the pregnancy test and the moment in the bathroom - something many women can relate to.
