I had never read any of this author's books before but it sounded as if it would give me an insight to another view of family life.
I am pleased to say that I really enjoyed it and finished reading it very quickly as I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next.
It was quite a lengthy book and I did find that I felt I had read enough once I had got halfway through and was tempted to give up on it but I am so glad that I didn't.
As it progressed more surprising events took place and it continued to make me wonder what would happen next.
I think the author has really put in this book what is happening in our world and I am sure each reader will find something happening that they can relate to, I know I did.
The ending was not what I expected at all and I did feel it should have been slightly different (I do not want to spoil it for other by saying what I mean)
But never the less an excellent read.
