It was a beautifully written, heartstring pull and shocking revelations along the way.

Looking at the cover of this book gives me the vibes of the time of year it has been released in, spring and that mother’s day feel. Such a beautiful cover. My first impression of this book was that I felt this book can be relatable to a lot of women, mothers and daughters out there. A woman trying to conceive, a woman trying to make a new life for herself after the loss of a husband, a woman trying to navigate what life is giving her and a relationship others are questioning. I felt this book is going to pull at the heartstrings but also pull out family secrets long put to one side in order to live the life that should be. After reading it, it did exactly that. It was a beautifully written, heartstring pull and shocking revelations along the way. This is the first book I’ve read from this author and after reading this I very much want to go back to read her others.
