Although the third chapter in this introduction was full of action it seemed like there was a lot of hard work to get to it. The first couple of chapters were a little slow.
We are introduced to the narrator who meets an old college friend, Jeff, at the airport. Whilst waiting for their delayed flight they head to the first class lounge where Jeff tells a story about saving a man's life. It's hard to know if he is telling the truth but I guess we will find out later in the book.
