The cover puzzled me - is it "mouth to mouth" like something that is shared in confidence, or resuscitation? Turns out to be the latter. You may need a glossary to interpret the American sets of initials, and terminology, and the strange use of second and third person dialogue and fats paced narrative also needs some getting used to. However, the plot is good, it certainly draws you in, to see what will transpire. It seems to be an interesting plot, and will develop well, but a little contrived. Not a book where you can relate to the characters.
