I think the cover art is nice but it entices me more than the blurb itself. I think the early chapters really don't reel you in and you would have to be invested in the outcome of the story to carry on, which unfortunately I would not say I was. I found it overly descriptive though realistic in how a conversation between old acquaintances would go but that wasn't enough for me to want to care about what happened to the characters.
