I was lucky enough to get my hands on an early copy of Antoine Wilson's Mouth to Mouth, which is to be published in the U.K early next month. I'd never heard of this author before receiving this book, but I was really captivated by the synopsis that was given for this book, but unfortunately, I really wasn't much of a fan of the execution.

I was lead to believe that this book, being as short as it is, would revolve solely around the accident at the beach, but it went into a lot of detail of both Jeff and Francis, the saviour and the saved. I knew that it would be a recount of the events on Jeff's behalf, to an old acquaintance from university, but all of the extra detail, such as how he managed to make his way into the life of the man he saved? It just wasn't what I was expecting when I received the book, which is such a shame, as I thought I would enjoy what I was going to read.
