This book is about an author stuck at the airport, having a bad day as his flight is keep getting delayed. so he does what anyone would do and try to kill time at the gate. he later runs into a former classmate called Jeff, who was waiting for the same flight as him. The charismatic Jeff invites the author to a first-class drink in his lounge, where he swears him to secrecy and starts telling him about the fascinating, thrilling, dark, and disturbing tale of his golden life.
This book sounds really good! I really love the premise of this book, the storyline sounds super good and I’ve never read another book like this so I’m definitely intrigued. Also love the cover! It’s really pretty and very eye-catching, would definitely pick it up purely based on the cover.
