sadly this book didn't do it for me, it had a good idea of a plot, a man saves the life of a guy, then tracks him down as he is curious about the kind of person he saved. sadly i found it flat, i wasn't keen on the style of writing, at is short book i managed to finish it but would of struggled if it was much longer, when the book starts you get the impression that the man he saved was a really bad guy and while he wasn't great a great person its not like he was a master criminal, a murderer or anything, sure he had affairs and manipulated people but there are worse people in live he could of saved, i dont feel i got to know any character enough to care about them one way or another, the person he tell his story to is someone from uni but it sounds like they never really knew each other yet he keep saying you were you at the beginning, but i don't get it, they only met on a handful of occasions and knew nothing about each other,
