The cover alone draws you in, it is absolutely beautiful. However, the first chapter was a little off putting, I couldn't help but notice alliteration everywhere and for some reason it annoyed me - real people don'r speak/think like that! Luckily the chapter wasn't too long and I enjoyed chapter 2 when the POV changed from Kalala to Lizzie, which then made reading Kalala's chapters a little easier.
