What a wonderful book! It took me a few chapters to get used to the changes in narration and then I flew through the pages. The descriptions of the island are wonderfully evocative and they will make you feel as if you're there yourself. Also, the characters are well-developed and - whether you like or dislike them - they will draw you into their daily struggles, victories and allegiances. The story was never predictable and it kept me wondering until the very end. There are quite a few twists in the narrative that will make you read even faster! I absolutely recommend reading this book if you love adventure and a good story! Besides, the cover is absolutely gorgeous and will look great on every bookshelf!
