Generally, there's a mixed outlook on university students. They're either complete study-a-holics, or they're loose cannons who drink too much and party harder. 'My Heart Goes Bang' seems to strike somewhat of a balance between the two, which is what drew me to it. It seems like it'll also present an interesting interpretation of friendship between female friends, which is a really interesting dynamic which is under-explored in YA lit, and I look forward to that.
