This was a pretty funny first chapter. It set the story up well, and I now really want to know where the story goes. I (and I’m sure a lot of others) can relate to Claudia and her “not so functional” family, which is a great aspect as I sometimes struggle with contemporaries if I can’t connect with the main character. I think the cover is super cute and would attract me to it if I saw it in a bookshop!
