I really do not like giving negative reviews as I like to find the good in most things I read but I must give an honest opinion and unfortunately this just didn't live up to my expectations. The cover is very bright and cheery , ideal for a summer read but the content is just lacking in something. After reading the synopsis I thought it would be a fun read which would get me laughing and wanting to carry on but instead I just got bored. I found the characters really annoying, they appeared very childish and self obsessed and I just couldn't build up a connection with them and they didn't seem to develop at all throughout the book. The plot kept being diverted to other characters which I felt was unnecessary and the ending was just a bit abrupt. I must admit towards the end I tended to skim read a bit.
Thank you for my copy readers first
