Mixed feelings

I really enjoyed the writing style and the comparisons used by the author. Overall, it's a really pleasant reading. If you're not too much into the story itself. The story can get a little bit confusing and it's cliche and basic, and more common daily lives, with no pre wedding to the mix, should have made it more interesting. The long list of characters may make it a bit difficult at times to tell them all apart, and at times it feels like some of them get lost and appear only a few chapters ahead again.
I did enjoy the family 'dysfunctionality' and think anyone can easily relate to it, as we all assume our family is cuckoo. The ending feels quite pushy, though, and I was expecting a proper, and real, 'boom'.
