I thought this book would be quite lighthearted and funny but as I started reading I was quite disappointed!
The writing style was easy to read but the story went off on a bit of a tangent every so often, which threw me off the actually story line. I did have to reread alot of the time because I couldn't quite make out what was going on!
There were a few moments in the books where I did have to laugh, it can be quite relatable, just in a very melodramatic way. I wasn't sure about the ending it just stopped abruptly and it left a lot of loose ends!
I thought it would have been funnier than it was and that Claudia would have been more of the focus but it kept flitting between all the characters instead, which I personally didn't think was needed. I wanted to understand Claudia and why she was having very cold feet!
Overall, the premise of the book had potential but unfortunately it wasn't my cup of tea, I'm used to crime and psychological thriller books!
You can never read the same book as another and you will always have your own opinion, like mine with this one!
