I almost missed my stop on the train reading this. I was hooked from the first sentence and immediately curious about the sibling dynamic between the main characters — how will Koede and Ayoola resolve this difference, how will Koede be changed by Ayoola’s actions. I am desperate to find out, and this is topping my list of anticipated crime novels for 2019.
