Intriguing and darkly satirical

From the title and description, I thought this wouldn't be a book for me but, having read the first look, I now find myself intrigued and drawn into the story. It has a nice touch of dark humour and I like the writing style and the way it's divided into sections. Also lots of useful information about cleaning products, LOL.
