'My Sister, The Serial Killer' is the story of two sisters Korede and Ayoola... one is a caring nurse and the other has a penchant for killing her boyfriends. Korede knows she should turn Ayoola in, but sisterly love overrules, and ultimately family does come first.

From the blurb, I thought this would be more dark than it was. Despite being about a serial killer it wasn't at all gory or gruesome. Little detail is provided about the actual murders... it was actually quite lighthearted now I think about it!

I couldn't help but love both characters. They are very different, both in looks and personality, but they balance each other out and provided a very entertaining read.

Like I mentioned, it was a short read (I read it over two days) but part of me wishes it has been a bit longer! I think a few of the storylines (i.e. with Tade and Muhtar) ended quite abruptly and I wouldn't have minded reading more about them!

This book was fast paced with super short chapters and dived straight into the plot. Would highly recommend if you need something to get you out of  a reading slump!
