I'll start off that this is a very short book to be considered a novel, at only 223 pages (which is generous considering how it is spaced out too) it is more a novella (i don't know what the criteria is for this, but it definitely felt too short for me).

But saying that it is a well told story, fast paced in a James Patterson short chapter way. You get to know he characters quite well in both the present and flashbacks to their earlier life with their abusive father, hinting at the reason the sister is the way she is. The good looking sister everyone seems to instantly fall in love with is also the psycho killer, with no remorse over her actions. But her sister loves her so will do anything for her, even helping clean up the bodies afterwards.

But then dear sis goes one step too far and starts seeing the doctor that our main character is madly in love with but too shy to approach. Now sis has to choose who to look after. She tries to warn the hunky doctor (who unsurprisingly is also smitten on first sight), but he just thinks her jealous and ignores all the warnings.

How will things play out? I can't say much more without spoiling the story, which you can read in one sitting in just a few hours so you don't have to wait long to find out.
