Gosh, I loved this book! From the writing to the Korede, to the deep questions that spring up after reading.
Would I be like Korede? Or would I let my sister alone with her dark and psychopathic ways?
The way the whole book is written makes you see both sides of Korede's dilemma - it is just brilliant how complex the whole story of the two of them are. I loved how protective Korede was but while being jealous of her sister as well. But of course, doing that, it explores sisterhood and how sometimes you just can't do anything but stick with them though they can be a pain.
I haven't read too many books written in Nigeria and I loved that it was set there!
Definitely want to read more books like it - I really hope Oyinkan Braithwaite writes more books like this - just so good!
