Still trying to make my mind up about this book. The ending was sudden and unexpected.
Firstly, the cover and title of the book initially suggested to me that this would be a factual book about terrorism - wrong. It is a story about an attractive young Nigerian, Ayoola, who cannot seem to help killing her boyfriends when she tires of them. Her elder sister, Korede, who is a nurse, helps her to evade justice by cleaning up after her crimes including disposing of the bodies.
The book is well written and easy to read. There are quite a few words I was unfamiliar with which relate to Nigerian food, clothing and customs but it was easy to guess what they might mean. If nothing else, it has broadened my knowledge about the Nigerian way of life.
I really do not like the brash cover of the book which is very dark and striking - I would probably want to put something round the cover if I were reading it in a public place! I also found the way the page numbers are printed annoyingly difficult to read.
