I was swaying between 2 and 3 stars with this book, but have settled on 3, and I shall explain myself.
I really enjoyed this book, up until the end. I was hooked, I was interested, and I was excited to see where this intense and unique storyline was going to go. However, when I reached the end, it just fell flat for me. It felt as though it just ended, without much of an explanation and without as much power to justify the brilliance of the rest of the book.
It was incredibly well written, funny, Initially intriguing, however unfortunately I felt it was on the predictable side. The chapters are manageable sizes making it easy to read, and the writing style is engaging and sociable.
I would still recommend this book to friends, as I did enjoy it, I think perhaps I was just hoping for more and the end came too soon.
