Given the title you maybe shocked to find this is not all suspense and gory killing, that’s if you skipped the blurb. It was an extremely well written story, set in Africa but modern day telling the story of two sisters. About a nurse and her younger sister who she often rescued from situations where she killed her partners, which sounds far fetched but the story takes you to More than Just that, loyalty, love, trust and Care. I loved both characters and felt the sister connection throughout despite the murders that got in the way. The book was well written, very witty and despite I’m sure this never has happened it made it easy to follow and believe.
