This book was okay, I decided to read after seeing how high it had been rated in GoodReads thriller of the year.
I was a little disappointed, I was expecting a bit more from the book. I found it an easy read (reading it in a day). I am not going to deny that I found it hard to put down as I really wanted to see where it was going to go, but it didn't really go anywhere. I liked the characters and found them easy to relate to.
There were several underlying back stories such as the father figure and previous murders but these were not explained or referred back to as much as I would have liked and the story did not really progress much further.
I would recommend if you wanted a nice easy thriller.
