“My Sister, The Serial Killer” the title alone made me want to read it. It is about two sisters Korede and Ayoola. Ayoola, the younger of the two has killed three of her boyfriends, which technically makes her a serial killer, and her older sister, Korede, is always there to pick up the pieces when the deed is done.

The two sister are complete opposites; Korede is a Head Nurse and Ayoola is beautiful yet self-centred, who’s interests include her appearance, fashion and social media. Things get a little sticky Korede meets Tade, a doctor that Korede is in love with, he is instantly smitten with her. Poor Korede! Will he be her next victim?

Korede tells all of her darkest secrets to a patient in a coma who she believes will “take those secrets to his grave”, will the patient remember the one-sided conversations she had with him? Will he get the local authority involved to frame them?

I read this book in a day, honestly I did not want to put the book down. I love how short and snappy this book is, just the pace for me! I like the relationship that the two sisters have, the older sister will always be there for her younger sister even if she doesn’t agree with her actions but ”that’s what big sisters are for”. I honestly can't wait to see what Oyinkan Braithwaite has in store for us in the future. Overall I give this book 4/5 stars.
