I read this book back in November when it was one of my most anticipated reads. I mean with that title plus the synopsis, it just had to be amazing, right?
Unfortunately, it fell very flat for me. It has two very unlikable main characters and none of the dark humour I was expecting. Despite being only 224 pages long, I had to force myself to keep reading, ultimately taking over a week to finish!
I'm not ruling out reading more from this author in the future as I did enjoy her style of writing, but unfortunately, I won't be picking up My Sister, the Serial Killer for a re-read.
