My Sister the Serial Killer follows the story of Korede and her sister Ayoola who seems to have a problem with keeping her boyfriend alive. We follow the life of Korede her sister as a nurse who wants to do everything she can for her sister but that means she has to lie and break the law to help her.
After Ayoola kills another man, Korede tries to protect the next guy and tries to prevent him from becoming her next victim. The story is short and fast moving and is definitely an enjoyable read you could engulf in one sitting. The idea of the story is clever but also shows us that we never truly know someone or what they could be hiding from us.
I overall enjoyed this book but felt like the ending was a bit abrupt and left me with some overhanging questions. It is one very cleverly written story that is realistic and walks the line of reality. It made me wonder what would happen around me without my knowledge.
