This is my first book from this author and I wasn't sure what I would make of it going in. I must say this is a fantastic read and highly enjoyable. So much so that I have already bought the other books written by this author! I highly recommend. It's just a very entertaining read and will keep you hooked throughout.
This book dealt with the relationship between Nikki and her mum and the fallout from that I found it to be a darker deeper story than I had been expecting but I felt it was very well written and kept me interested throughout. I found Nikki to be a very strong character, especially with how much was being thrown at her I'm not sure I would have been able to deal with the half of what she did!
