The cover of this book drew me in to start with. A lot of questions pinged into my mind on the first look - why has Rose's family rejected her? Why does she suffer from insomnia? Is it a coincidence that the diary was dropped at her feet? Feels like a rather dark but engrossing tale which I am sure is a good read.
