Although I haven't read the earlier 2 books in this trilogy, after reading the first four chapters I felt a strong passion with this final part and so feel confident that it will be worth reading as a stand-alone story ... and if it lives up to its initial promise If I won the draw Im sure I'll read the earlier ones!
